  • What are your business hours?

    We're open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Saturday hours are 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. We're closed on Sunday.


    Our business is closed on all major holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).

  • Where is your main office?

    We are located in the Crestwood Center at 13604 S. Cicero Avenue, Crestwood IL 60418. You will find the Crestwood Center on the West side of Cicero Avenue, between the McDonald's and Brazen Head Pub, with retailers in the front of the plaza and Alpha Auto in a commercial shop in the center of the complex.

  • Do you pickup or tow vehicles for repair?

    Please call B&R Towing for 24 Hour Tow Service at 708-597-5070.

  • What is your labor rate?

    We offer a range of services that each have their own range of labor rates. Please contact us at 708-597-2700 for a price estimate.

  • Do you provide free itemized estimates?

    We offer FREE basic estimates based on the average of parts costs and labor typically entailed in the type of job you may inquire about. If you're looking for an itemized, detailed quote (which costs us time to put together), we charge a fee that is refunded if you hire us to do the job.

  • What is your return/refund policy?

    We can only accept returns on an unused and unopened product. If an item has been unused and unopened we can provide a refund, less a 20 to 25% restocking fee plus any applicable return shipping & handling (per the manufacturer or retailer requirements).


    Custom wheels, bumpers and parts made to order are NOT REFUNDABLE.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, check, and credit (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).


    We also offer financing!

  • Do you offer a warranty on your work?

    Every part we install is purchased from a reputable supplier that warranties the parts they sell. We extend this warranty to you, the customer, and stand by every part we install with a warranty term that is provided at the time of service.

    Please note, if we are repairing a previously failed repair service by another shop (or DIY), we cannot warranty our work.

  • Do you price match internet retailers?

    Unfortuately we cannot match pricing of internet retailers. Since we can't guarantee the authenticity of the parts or parts packages online (and we aren't receiving the parts directly from a supplier that warranties them), we cannot match pricing.

  • Can I bring you my own car parts to use?

    You can, but there's some disclaimer that comes with that:


    1) You are responsible for the parts, their authenticity, their warranties, and the condition of the parts.

    2) You must have opened the box and ensured that each part is accounted for (with an itemized list you can provide to us) before scheduling vehicle drop-off.

    3) We can't store the parts at our shop before your job begins.

    4) If any part is missing from your order that delays the job, a daily lift charge will be due while we wait for part(s).

    5) We cannot warranty a job completed using outside sourced parts.

  • Is there a military discount?

    Absolutely! Show us your military ID and get 10% off. Discount cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.

  • Is there a senior discount?

    Absolutely! If you're 65 or older, show us your ID and get 10% off. Discount cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.
